Aided Baseline

The Aided Baseline measures what AI engines say when asked DIRECTLY about your brand by name. It is your visibility floor — what AI engines already know about you when prompted. Aided Baseline contrasts with Unaided Coverage, which measures whether AI engines mention your brand when answering category questions WITHOUT prompting. A strong Aided Baseline with weak Unaided Coverage indicates a content depth problem — AI engines recognize you but do not choose to cite you. A weak Aided Baseline indicates an entity anchoring problem — AI engines do not recognize the brand cleanly. Each diagnosis requires different remediation.
